At Kela Hair Jewellery, we want you to love your hair accessories, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain products may be ineligible for return if the security seal has been broken.

Return Process

  Contact our customer care team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Securely place your Kela jewellery in its original branded packaging to ensure it is protected from damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send your parcel back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
